The need for a company, no matter where it is based, to ensure that the products it sells comply with the laws of the country in which it sells to that country's consumers seems logical. But it is at the heart of the claim that Temu committed multiple breaches of the EU Digital Services Act and should the claim succeed it will have implications for other VLOPs - very large online platforms.
